It worked great for me at the Tualatin FM. No beeps, and 9 free boxes of bandaids. It’ll be great to give some away!

They were from last Sunday’s inserts, I got mine from the Oregonian. This is a great deal, thanks for posting. Glad I got 4 papers last Sunday!

I’ve been asking the same thing, Gina! I assumed the inserts were the same for the Statesman-Journal and the Oregonian, but maybe not? If you find out, please post — and thanks in advance!

I did this deal today and was a little worried the coupons would beep, but they didn’t! Just scanned right through! Easy Peasy!

Where do you get the coupons? We don’t have them in the statesman journal. Are they in the Oregonian?

Yes, the register will beep if there is an overage, it probably will beep no matter what since the bandages only add up to $2.98 or so, but the cashier should be able to push it through, whether or not they will give you the 2 or three cents back in hand just varies by store or cashier. (I am a cashier at fred’s, and not even us cashiers know the actual policy, becuase most of our managers make it up as they go along.) I do wonder about the wording on the coupon being used to buy all band-aids products, since it says buy 1 bandaid and/or neosporine and/or whatever else was on it…can you pick and choose, or just get three of the four options? I could see a cashier giving flack on that if the coupon had to be forced through.

The top of the coupon says $3 off ANY 3 of and then has the list below that.

Great deal! I haven’t had overage at Fred’s before–does the register beep if you don’t have another item to cover the overage?

I just bought 6 packages today and the total cost was $5.94. I was able to use both $3/3 coupons and the overage just went towards paying my tax (in Idaho). Normally it doesn’t work that way!
