I am asked at least 5 times a week when I’m having the next Frugal Living class. I’ve finally put some on the calendar, so here you go! If you can’t attend one of these classes, I will be adding more soon!
As I have contemplated jumping into teaching and the time it takes to present quality and meaningful information, I have decided to start charging for these classes. I trust that what you will learn is more than worth the price of admission.
All classes will be held at my home in Damascus, though the location may change (if you have any suggestions of where to hold some classes in Portland, please let me know!).
Introduction to Frugal Living Class — Learn the basics of financial goal setting, cash flow management, couponing, meal planning and saving money on all areas of your budget.
Friday, February 20, 6:30-9 pm, Location TBA
This will be the last time this class will be offered at no charge to the community (other than when I am invited to speak for church and community groups). I do ask for a $2 donation to cover the cost of materials.
Advanced Couponing Class — You know the basics of couponing. Now learn how to coupon like a pro. Find out how to get the vast majority of your groceries & household items for free or nearly free by taking advantage of all the couponing strategies out there.
$20 per person (your spouse can attend at no charge)
Wednesday, February 4, 7-9 pm
Saturday, February 21, 9-11 am
Couponing Workshop (FREE) — Share deal scenarios, organize your stash, and trade coupons. Come and stay as long as you’d like!
Saturday, February 14, 9-noon–I know, it’s Valentine’s Day. But I love coupons, so what a great way to express my affection than to organize them!
I will soon be adding a feature for you to sign up online! Meanwhile, send me an email with any questions or to register for an upcoming class.
