From what I’ve heard, the recipe booklet that comes with the actual pressure cooker is horribly limited. There are more and more recipes getting published on blogs and recipes sites as people discover their deep love for the electric pressure cooker, so you can probably find some good ones out there. You should also pick up a good cookbook to help you get started. The Great Big Pressure Cooker Book looks really good. Tons of fabulous reviews!
