It worked! The eCoupon loaded to my Rite Aid card actually worked! I had to tell someone. Okay on to the post.
Each week, Rite Aid has an ad filled with weekly sales and deals. Included in the ad is the weekly +UP Rewards. These rewards are valid for one week, starting on Sunday and ending the following Saturday. A limit is clearly stated in fine print and generally ranges from a limit of one to four. (I was personally thankful when Rite Aid did implement this policy as I had a better shot at getting a deal on Mondays when I shop!)
Rite Aid also has monthly +UP Rewards that follow the same rules as the weekly rewards, but you may receive the +UP Reward throughout the month.
The question then becomes: How do you find out about these monthly +UP Rewards? One way is to peruse your local Rite Aid around the first week of the month. The yellow tags will be placed under items that receive +UP Rewards upon purchasing them. Be sure to check those tags for valid dates and duplicates as there might be one more than one deal running at a time on a product.
The deals worth noting for the monthly +UP Rewards will always be in Melody’s weekly match-ups. She indicates that they are monthly deals (versus for the week) by stating “monthly through . . .” with the date.
This week I tried out the monthly +UP Rewards for Disney Gummies as we were out of vitamins and my kids have been begging me for vitamins. (Anything that tastes or looks like a fruit snack my kids are all over.)
Here is a great way to spend some of your +UP Rewards either from last week or continue to roll them this week:
Colgate Max Fresh (6 oz) $2.99
Children’s Advil (4 oz) $5.59 (shelf price $6.99)
Disney Multi-Vitamin Gummies (60 ct) $5.99 (shelf price $7.49)
Total Before Coupons: $14.57
Used $2/1 Children’s Advil coupon from 2/17 (I found it in the front of the plastic bag my Oregonian was placed in on that Sunday.)
Used $2/1 Children’s Advil Rite Aid store coupon from weekly ad
Used $.75/1 Colgate Max Fresh Load2Card eCoupon
Used $4 +UP Rewards from two weeks ago
Paid $5.82, Received $4, $2 and $2 +UP Rewards
Rite Aid Gift Card Balance: $3.98

Do you ever take advantage of the monthly +UP Rewards?
