Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to $.50 each. Safeway is inconsistent from store to store about doubling internet printed coupons. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:

Below the $10 off $50 purchase coupon there was a coupon for Kelloggs Corn Flakes buy 2 get 1 free. It was a Safeway coupon so I could use a manufacture and got 3 boxes for $2.34!
The Simple Potatoes are 3/5 today on the $5 deal and there is an Ibotta for $1, buy one for .67. Also, I had a freebie in the Just4U on the 12 oz Runa tea, it is also on Ibotta for $1.50 rebate – nice MM.
Tidy Cats Scoop Litter, 20 lbs, is only $3.50 when you double the $1 coupon from the 7/27 RP insert. My price point for scoop litter is Scoop Away on sale from Costco at $9.39 for a 42lb bag. In comparison to this, Tidy Cats is a must buy!

I’m sure its personalized, because I have a personalized $3/$20 right now. You can use it together with the $10/$50 – you just have to make sure your total works for both coupons.
