Im not savvy with linking but there is a $.50 coupon on the printable part of this website that makes Kraft mayo 1.99 a jar w/ upromise coupon loaded
Classico pasta sauce was 2/$4 buy 2 get 2 free barilla pasta. There’s a MQ for $1.50 off 3 sauce in my J4U. Seemed like good deal to me so I bought 4. I wasn’t sure if I could buy 3 and get 3 free pasta or if you had to do the deal in 2’s. You can now use the jars for canning with regular mouth canning lids and rings so maybe this summer I’ll make my own pasta sauce.
There is also an Ibotta rebate for pasta and pasta sauce. 30cents rebate on each. 🙂
In my Safeway app the farmland bacon is coming up as $2.99 club price. I double checked and its *not* a personalized deal. Anyone else come across this?
Today I wrote a message to Safeway on their Facebook link asking about the disappearance of the doubl’rs. Here is the response I received 3 hours later:
Cynde, thank you for your patience while we researched this matter for you. We have reached out to our Advertising Department directly and they have confirmed that the Doubl’r is not being phased out. In fact, you should see them return next week! Also, communication will be sent to the stores to avoid any further confusion. We hope this eases your concerns. Have a great day! –Julio, Customer Support
Great news!!!
Oh where oh where has my little doubler coupon gone?
Oh where, oh where can it be?
With its availability cut short And its value cut long
Oh where, oh where can it be?
I think he went down To the Safeway site
To see if he could get doubled
But alas it was only troubled.
Oh where oh where has my little doubler coupon gone?
Oh where, oh where can it be?
Please bring back my little doubler so we can all save!!
The in ad coupon for All is a MFG so the paper coupon doesn’t work.
The in ad coupon does not say mfc. I usually take the in ad paper coupon rather than loading to my card. And the in ad coupon says a $ amount, not a discount. Mfc coupons aren’t written this way. I’ll still buy 1…maybe 2.
The cashiers are being told that the Just 4 U coupon is indeed a manufacturer coupon (something to do with the scan). And the corporate office sent out a notice to managers that there was an error in the coupon there should have been a limit of 1, so all managers were suppose to put out a notice on the shelf. I went last night, right before the notice was posted and the manager did an override and gave me the price. But they are still stating if you are to get your limit of one you aren’t able to use the Just 4 U coupon with an ALL manufacturer coupon. It is very frustrating….as far as I’m concerned if it says Just 4 U it is to be considered a “Safeway” price and a manufacturer coupon should work.
This same issue has arisen a couple times this year with Tide. Sometimes the in-ad cpn IS a mfr cpn and won’t pair with a paper mfr cpn. It’s not usually made as clear as it should be, but that’s the way it is.
My Safeway said the same thing it was a man coupon. So we couldn’t use the paper coupon with it. When I asked where it stated she told me somewhere online. When I again questioned that I was in the store and not online and did not see that stated anywhere in the paper. the customer service lady just walked off.
Takes one shelf clearer to ruin it for the rest of us. Lady hit cherry park Safeway before 10:30am cleared shelf of all 24 bottles leaving nothing for anyone else but also forced Safeway to write and ad retraction to LIMIT ONE.
There has never been doublers in our part of the woods. I used to love love love Albertson’s round-up days!
The $1 Crest cpn excludes tartar control, cavity and baking soda varieties, which are usually the only 99-cent ones when they go on sale.
Thank you. I forgot to check because their last coupon matched the sale. Dang. Glad you spotted that.
No doubler- oh no- safeway please don’t do that! I commented on their FB page- I hope they listen!
No doubler?!?!? Oh no! Is the beginning of changes from Safeway into Albertson’s? Not good. 🙁
I predicted this the day Albertson’s/Cerberus bought Safeway. Let’s see if it sticks. Thriftway axed their doubler months ago. Let’s face it, it’s all about the bottom line, not the coupon clippers.
