Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to 50¢ each. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:
Safeway stores are inconsistent from store to store with their double coupon policy. The following is taken directly from Safeway’s Just4U coupon policy on their website:
Check with your local store regarding “double coupon” promotions where customers will receive double the manufacturer coupon face value off the regular or club card price up to the identified limit. Not all locations offer double coupon promotions and the terms of such promotions may differ by time and store. Limitations and restrictions for double coupon promotions may change at any time. Changes will be posted in store only. “Double coupon” promotions do not apply to any internet or digital coupons except for applicable internet printed manufacturer coupons. These explanations and restrictions on “double coupons” apply to any promotion that increases the value of a manufacturer coupon beyond its face value.

How did you get the information about the 10% off for wearing a duck jersey today? I don’t see it advertised anywhere else but here.
Howard says
Bettycrocker site has $.40/1 cpn on Grands biscuits and $.75/1 cpn on OEP taco shells. Both are $1.25 in the Safeway ad. Usually they let you print only one of each cpn.
Howard says
Here are a couple more good Safeway deals:
1. Jiffy Pop micro popcorn is $1.50. There were $.75/1 cpns in 8-30 SS. They are DNDs, but it’s still a good buy at $.75 net. And many cashiers will double it anyway.
2. BC Helpers are $1.25. There’s a $1/5 cpn at the bettycrocker site, also a $.75/3 in last Sunday’s circular. (There also was a $.50/1 cpn on the site last Thurs, but it’s gone now.)
3. Dole pineapple is BOGO on the small 8-oz cans. I found it in the flnw cpn database a $.50/2 SS cpn. You have to click on it to access it; I did not see it on SS’ own web page. Of course, SmartSource being what it is, I had to spend a lot of time downloading the latest Java update, uninstalling the old ones, then printing the cpn twice. With a doubler, it could very likely be free or very low cost.
Howard says
The Dole is $1.09, so 9 cents for two cans with doubler and BOGO.
Use the flnw cpn database to find the cpn, then pray your SmartSource and Java software is current.
PJ says
Since my prayers are not working with Smart Source, I will buy 4 cans with the BOGO and remit for the .75 rebate from Mobisave. It should end up being .36 a can. Will have to do for me since my computer is SS challenged.
Bill says
Wondering same about $10/$50 coupon. Didn’t see it in today’s Foodday.
Beth says
Does anyone know if there’s a $10/$50 Safeway coupon in the paper this week?
Amy F;) says
anyone?
SBrooks says
Last month the $ 10/$50 was available to load on to the Safeway card. Hopefully we can do again this month!
PJ says
Although coupons are not meant to be combined with coupons, Savings Star is offering a .75 for 2 Yoplait Go Gurts.
Howard says
The Ragu cpn, at least in my Oregonian, is $.20 on 1.
Christy says
Fred Meyer has organic grapes for $1.99 all the time now.
