Q didnt scan at my Safeway :/
Got 2 bags today at Raleigh Hills (SW Portland), chocolate of course.
Cpns scanned.
It doesn’t state a limit and yet it doesn’t say no limit…does that mean I can only buy one bag at that price?
No limit
It worked for me.
My store had no LD donuts this morning except for some 6-packs of minis. Will try again…..anything for a donut.
Same here Howard. Did you get a raincheck?
No, just tried a diff store–see below.
I just got Free cans of Dole Pineapple at Safeway. The 8 oz. can is Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Use the $.50/2 manufacture/double and 2 cans are Free. I had 4 coupons and got 8 cans FREE!
Which insert was the coupon in?
It was in one of the inserts in the 1-26-14 paper.
Thanks Deborah! Great find!
I couldn’t find this coupon in your database, was it regional?
The database has been awful so far this year. I’ve had to google certain cpns in order to hunt down what insert they came from. It may have been regional, but check the 1-26 circulars first.
I wondered if this deal was going to be posted. I purchased 2 yesterday and had no problem. I also shop at a more rural store where the cashiers dont have to be so on guard for any mis-coupon use. The coupon pictures the exact bag and scanned without issue.
Safeway coupon says “bagged” : SS coupon says “boxed” — my Safeway wouldn’t let me use them. Drats!
Try pointing out the picture on the manufacturer coupon. Even though the SS MQ says “boxed,” they have a picture of the bagged kind right on it. Normally, couponers are supposed to go by the wording and not the picture (since manufacturers can’t always include a picture of everything that a coupon’s for), but it should ALWAYS work at least for what is included in the picture. Anyways, it worked for me…I’d try a different cashier.
Thx…I’ll try again.
