Family #1 is from Aloha, Oregon. They have 2 adults and 2 children in their household.
Back in July, my husband was unexpectedly laid off work and he was the primary bread winner. Thankfully he was just found a job. We have very little food. I have 2 rolls of toilet paper I got with coupons, no milk, no bread. We decided to get rid of cell phones a while back to save money. We have also had our gas turned of for a year now cause we couldn’t afford it. Our only source of heat is firewood.
My husband is working 10 hour days this week on an empty stomach, he won’t be able to eat until he gets home at 7pm. Thankfully the kids can eat at school.
This is a list of what they both need and gifts for the kids this year. If you select one of the identification numbers, you are committing to providing for all the “needs” and at least one “want” listed. If a number is crossed out, that means it has been taken!

They also need firewood. If you have firewood for them or know of a place they can get it for free, please email me at email@example.com (don’t comment to this post).
