Thinking past Christmas: Thank You cards

If you’re a thank you card writer (and I guess we all should be), you can quickly whip up a bunch of Christmas thank you cards with Vistaprint’s current offer — get 100 FREE postcards and just pay shipping (which should be around $6).

Here’s how to create your own:

:: Go to Vistaprint and choose the free postcards option.

:: Hover your mouse over “Styles” and choose “Elegant.” They have the best options, in my opinion. Select your postcard.

:: Personalize the text. I changed “Headline” to “Thank you” and increased the font size, dragged the “Company Name” and “Phone” off the page because I didn’t need those text boxes, and changed “Special Offer” to “From The Davis Family.”

:: Keep the back of the postcard blank so you can add your handwritten message.

:: Enter checkout and make sure you don’t buy anything else. It will change your shipping costs.

:: Choose the cheapest shipping option. Orders usually arrive well before they are supposed to.

Vistaprint is offering several “FREE” options right now (including my favorite FREE label offer), but you only get to do one per order. If you want more postcards or something else, just come back to this post, click on the Vistaprint link and complete your second transaction.

Thanks for the idea, My Frugal Adventures!

Did this last year and what a treat! My husband teaches school and this year got presents from over 20 kids! Postcards are so much cheaper to mail. It also acts as an emergency card since intead of thank you, we wrote From Diana and Michael ___________ on the back.
