We’re just two girls, living the frugal life with our families in the Portland, Oregon area. We introduced many of our friends and family to couponing in the fall of 2008 and started this blog as a way to encourage and support them in their money-saving pursuits. We are so thrilled that you have found us and hope your time spent on this site is fruitful and encouraging.

Our goal is to help each Frugal Living NW reader save money, not just for the sake of having more money but to help each of you reach your financial goals.

And the personal stuff:

Rebecca (green and small) is married to Tone, a project manager for a local commercial construction company and has two boys, Nikolas (3) and Lukas (1). Rebecca has recently discovered a great love of all things pertaining to homemaking and does most of the posting on saving money at home by gardening, cooking from scratch, and creatively making a dollar stretch.

Angela (purple and not as small) is married to Will, who owns his own contracting business and has a girl, Audrey (5) and three boys, Willy (3) and Nathan (2) and Matthew (little baby). Angela loves to hunt down a great deal and does most of the local grocery and drug store deal posts.

We are both active in our local church and love being apart of that community. We also love a great deal…
