Online Meal Planning Services if you want someone to make the plan for you:
WinCo Meal Plans from FrugalLivingNW.com — 15 meals for under $150; traditional and gluten-free plans available. Includes recipes and shopping list specifically for WinCo. Will also work for other grocery stores.
Costco Meal Plans — Lots of options to choose from priced between $5 and $10. You can print and reuse the plans.
These plans give you the weekly plan + shopping list. You usually get to choose the type of plan you want (traditional, budget, gluten-free, whole foods, paleo, vegetarian, slow cooker, diabetic).
Eat at Home — One membership price and you can use all the plans available. Also includes a week’s worth of freezer meals. This plan is super versatile. $14 a month or $84 a year.
eMeals — One monthly price with access to all the plans (you do have to officially “switch” to another plan). You can remove meals from the current weekly plan and the shopping list automatically updates. Try it FREE for 14 days, $5 a month or $10 for 3 months after that. A TON of plan options.
Other plans I found around the internet:
