It’s difficult to find a sale that includes Birkenstocks and even more difficult to find one on the popular styles and colors, but I made it happen, baby.
Here’s how to get $30 off a pair of Birkenstocks:
Through May 1, you will get a $30 cash back bonus when you make your first $30+ purchase through Rakuten through this link (formerly Ebates — remember them?).
NordstromRack.com is included on the Rakuten platform which means when you purchase a pair of Birkenstocks from Nordstrom Rack through your new Rakuten account, you’ll get a $30 bonus from Rakuten!
Find out more about how the $30 referral bonus from Rakuten/Ebates works here.
This is the only way I have found to get a significant discount on regular/trendy Birks.
Here’s how to do the deal:
Go HERE to create your Rakuten account (this will only work if you’re new to Rakuten or have never had an Ebates account).
After you’ve created your account, search “Nordstrom Rack” in the search bar.
Click any of the “Shop Now” buttons on the Nordstrom Rack page. You will automatically be directed to NordstromRack.com.
Once you’re on the Nordstrom Rack site, search “Birkenstocks” and buy a pair that is at least $30. There are several pairs that are on sale, but this deal will work with the full-priced styles as well.
Shipping is FREE on orders of $100+ so you may want to find some cheap stuff to get your order over $100. Go to “Clearance” and then “Sort By >> Low to High” to find items.
Complete your Nordstrom Rack purchase.
You will get 1% of your Nordstrom Rack purchased added to your Rakuten account by tomorrow. You will also get the $30 bonus for making a $30+ purchase through my referral link before May 1.
So you will pay between $20 and $70 for a pair of Birkenstocks after your cash back and $30 bonus!
The $30 bonus will be posted to your account within 60 days, but I’m finding it shows up way earlier than that. Your cash back + referral should be paid out by paper check on August 15 (they pay out every three months), so only do this if you have money in your clothing budget right now and can wait the handful of months to get your cash back + bonus. Don’t do this if you’re putting the purchase on a credit card and you’ll need to carry the balance.
