1. (private brand food) Could be thought as any private brand food. As explained to me it is only Fred Meyer brand food so when you get to the register you find out different. 2. On the display a item is discounted to 3.95, there is 3 left so you buy all three hoping to save money in the long run but when you get home you find you paid 5.95 for each item more than normal cost of 4.95. This happens way to often to be an error in my opinion. I have been shopping at Fred Meyers for many years and I am 74 years old its sad to see any store stoop to such sales tactics especially Fred Meyers. my store number is 3606538591 if you would like to check me out.

I use the first Tuesday of each month to stock up on store brand products. If I need clothing or electronics from Fred Meyer I wait for the first Tuesday to buy it.
Yesterday I spent $111.83 (after discount) and saved $11.32.

Your so called senior days are very misleading….it’s not worth the trouble it takes to shop at your store on a certain day. Stop misleading seniors, it’s quite dishonest the way you advertise it.
Very disappointed, Mrs. Neu

Lost leader as I spent $130 today and got $1.26 off one item and nothing else was included. I thought it was for most things from previous experience. Will get some things at Walgreens from now on

Your title says discounts EVERY Tuesday, but the article says first Tuesday. Which is it?
Howard says
It was a bit misleading, but it’s the first one of the month, plus a few bonus days. Walgreens does the same thing.

So sorry! It’s the first of the month only.
