Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to 50¢ each. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:
Safeway stores are inconsistent from store to store with their double coupon policy. The following is taken directly from Safeway’s Just4U coupon policy on their website:

You are correct, Howard – we didn’t get the Skippy coupon in the Oregonian. Bummer, I was looking forward to this deal.

That can’t be true; I’ve seen you once, and you don’t weigh 500 lbs. I’ve never eaten Spam and don’t intend to start. I’m pretty sure your diet consists mainly of sweet cereals, granola bars and Fresh Express salads. 🙂

Re Campbell’s Condensed Soup cpns:
I do not see any in my (Oregonian) 1-4 SS sections.
There is a $.50/5 cpn in 1-11 SS, exp 3-31; and a $.40/4 in 2-8 SS, exp 4-5.
Usually the digital Campbell’s cpns limit you to 1 or 2 prints. If the above link doesn’t work for some reason, try coupons.com or campbellskitchen.com.
