Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to 50¢ each. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:
Safeway stores are inconsistent from store to store with their double coupon policy. The following is taken directly from Safeway’s Just4U coupon policy on their website:

Hi gang! When does the 10/50 coupon expire?
Anyone have trouble with the Philly cream chees Catalina? I bought four, but received no Cat!
I purchased four cream cheeses on Thursday, April 30th and got the $3.00 catalina to print. Since you didn’t get yours to print, I believe you may be able to call the Catalina Marketing Corp to redeem your catalina.
After looking at some other coupon sites, the cat was only for the boxes not the tubs…..
Also I found the new Treetop Honeycrisp Apple Juice for $2 today with a $1/1 from one of the last couple weeks papers. Making it 50cents after double. Also the Treetop Applesauce pouches are $2, there is a 75cent coupon you can double and my husband’s phone had a 75cent ibotta rebate (mine didn’t!)

The 4-26 Fancy Feast cpn is in SS not RP (the 2-8 one IS in RP).
Also, the $1/10 cpn is for the usually pricier flavors (Medleys and Mornings) which are usually not included in the $.50 sale. But there are also $1/20 cpns on regular FF in those inserts.

The Tillamook cheese coupon for $1.00 off 7 oz or more should work well with the in add coupon reducing the price to between $3.99 to $3.49 (if your store doubles. The coupon was in this last weekends coupon sections.
If I’m looking at the coupon you are referring to, it states that it is good for any Tillamook cheese between 7oz and 12oz. It will not work on the 32oz (2lb) cheese loaf. It definitely would have been nice if the coupon stated 7oz or more. That would be a great deal, but $4.99 is still not bad.
Yes the $1 coupon is unfortunately not a match. Big bummer. I was all excited at first too.
