Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to 50¢ each. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:
Safeway stores are inconsistent from store to store with their double coupon policy. The following is taken directly from Safeway’s Just4U coupon policy on their website:
Check with your local store regarding “double coupon” promotions where customers will receive double the manufacturer coupon face value off the regular or club card price up to the identified limit. Not all locations offer double coupon promotions and the terms of such promotions may differ by time and store. Limitations and restrictions for double coupon promotions may change at any time. Changes will be posted in store only. “Double coupon” promotions do not apply to any internet or digital coupons except for applicable internet printed manufacturer coupons. These explanations and restrictions on “double coupons” apply to any promotion that increases the value of a manufacturer coupon beyond its face value.

OH, and I forgot to add that there is also a .25 ibotta rebate for any laundry detergent, so combine with the ALL deal and it makes it only $1.25 a bottle.
DeAnn says
This week Safeway ketsup 20 oz. is $1.00, plus there is a .25 ibotta rebate. Makes it .75 and no coupons.

Is Safeway part of Savingstar.com? If so, the fresh Tuesday offer is 20% off.
DeAnn says
I don’t think you can enter your card number for automatic savings, but you can enter Safeway receipts and get the savings that way. I do it all the time.
Howard says
Safeway and FM, among others, require that you send a copy of your receipt to savingstar.com or thru their phone app. Seems only Albertson’s and RiteAid still participate by swiping the loyalty card. If you no longer have an Albertson’s card, you can call their toll-free # and request a special one for Upromise/SavingStar.

Please illuminate me. What’s up with California strawberries.
superjaz says
I think it’s just that they are not local. Give it some time and we will see more local.
lisa says
many Cali straws can be not as flavorful since they have to be picked and packed earlier…but I still enjoy them…but prefer the local ones when they come to the Farmers Markets!
Brittany from Frugal Living NW says
Haha. Yvonne I grew up on a strawberry farm so I might be a little picky when it comes to strawberries. But I know I’m not the only one so I had to put out a warning.
