Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to 50¢ each. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:
Safeway stores are inconsistent from store to store with their double coupon policy. The following is taken directly from Safeway’s Just4U coupon policy on their website:
Check with your local store regarding “double coupon” promotions where customers will receive double the manufacturer coupon face value off the regular or club card price up to the identified limit. Not all locations offer double coupon promotions and the terms of such promotions may differ by time and store. Limitations and restrictions for double coupon promotions may change at any time. Changes will be posted in store only. “Double coupon” promotions do not apply to any internet or digital coupons except for applicable internet printed manufacturer coupons. These explanations and restrictions on “double coupons” apply to any promotion that increases the value of a manufacturer coupon beyond its face value.

Ritz are also on sale for $1.99, and there was a .75/2 Ritz stacks coupon in the 3/22 SS. Makes them $1.37 each after coupon.
If anyone has the .75 off 1 yellow box of Cheerios, they are only .24 when you buy 4 with coupon and doubler. There were a lot of General Mills cereals that had buy 1 get 1 free coupons as part of box. I bought 4 boxes with 4 of the .75 coupons then cut the coupons out for more…. Can we use a cents off coupon with a b1g1 free coupon at Safeway? I need re read policy, store did let me but coupons beeped (which happens to me a lot at Safeway).
I think that only RA allows combination of a BOGO cpn with a cents-off cpn. If I’m wrong, someone will correct me. Also, I saw a $.75 yellow-box Cheerios cpn today on bettycrocker.com. It’s one of their weekly cpns that come out every Thursday and sometimes disappear before the week is out. They’ll let you print 1 or 2.
my bounty coupon from 3/1 P&G insert is only .25/1, not .50/1…did anyone else have this problem?? i researched thinking maybe there was multiple coupons on another pg…:(
There are two coupons in the P&G insert. The $.50/1 was on it’s own page if I remember right.
Yes, there was one of each, on consecutive pages.
There is another $.25/1 Bounty cpn coming out this weekend.
Only one roll of Bounty basic left on the shelf at 11 this morning! Used 3 Colgate cpns to get full use of my Doubler and paid zero.
Colgate toothpaste is free as well.
It’s on sale for .99 so use the .50/1 coupon (3/22 SS) and doubl’r to score the deal.
Thanks for the tip, Brenda. Crest is also 99 cts, but the $.75 cpns that expire 3-31 are not good on the basic flavors (tartar control, etc) that are usually the only sale pastes.
Bi-Mart has Seattle’s Best coffee for $3.99 thru 4-1. No limit. There are $1.50 newspaper cpns that expire 4-1 (LIMIT ONE COUPON PER PERSON, NOT PER PURCHASE) but I don’t know what insert they came from. Not in cpn database. 🙁 There may be some $2 printables available, at least according to the database.
They were in 2/1 ss.
Howard – is that for K-cups or regular coffee?
12-oz bags per the ad picture. The cpn, though, is good on both.
Thanks!

Just got a planters peanuts coupon in 3/22 paper 1/2
