I had a Just4U offer for $3 off any Dove, Degree or Axe dry deodorant. Used the new 1.50/1 m/c I’d degree, doubled it, then it stacked with the “load to card” offer, ended up paying .99. Ended up the ecoupon took off 3.49.

Can somebody PLEASE explain why only some regions get double coupons?
I assume it has to do with the amount of competition Safeway has in different markets, or perhaps the cost of doing business in smaller towns.
