Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to 50¢ each. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:

A couple of heads-ups on the pasta cpns that expire Sunday:
1. The $.75/1 cpn is for noodles or baking items. I’m not sure those are included in the 89-cent sale.
2. There is a $1/2 cpn adjacent to the noodle cpn in the 11-8 SS. With doubler, the pasta is $.14 a bag. Still a great price, even if not free.
It will work. I used it when they were .88
The $.75 coupon had a picture of what appeared to be pasta. I was assuming that “noodle” meant pasta. It’s strange wording.
The pictured items on the $.75 cpn are lasagna (baking item) and egg noodles. I shopped early this morning. The egg noodles were $1.99 and up, so would be $.74 with cpn and doubler. Still a good price. I didn’t check the lasagna price. The cpn may well work on the pasta and shell items, but it’s not intended for them. It’s pretty obvious to me which cpns are for which products.
