Safeway allows competitor’s manufacturers coupons as long as they’re off a specific item (no register rewards) and they meet all the regular criteria (valid expiration date, address to mail it to etc).

I guess each Safeway is different. Mine accepts the Walgreen’s Register Rewards and doubles internet printables. I’m feel very fortunate.

Excellent! For anyone who didn’t know, Albertson’s in-ad cpns that are mfr cpns are useable at Safeway. I don’t think they’re supposed to double them, but they usually do anyway.
