WELLNESS+ PLENTI PROGRAM
You’ll notice that this week’s ad doesn’t contain any +UP Reward deals, as Rite Aid is phasing out their Wellness+ program and replacing it with the Wellness+ Plenti program in May.
+UP Rewards will be replaced with Plenti points that can be used for savings at Rite Aid or other participating retailers like AT&T, Macy’s, Exxon and more.
A few key points:
- Points can be redeemed starting at 6 AM the following day (just like +UPs)
- Minimum 200 points required to redeem for $2 savings at Rite Aid
- 1000 points = at least $10 in savings at participating retailers
- Customers have option to use points and/or how many to use
- Points are good for at least two years (no more expired +UPs)
- Gold/silver/bronze status will still be earned through points (up to 20% off shelf price at Rite Aid)

Question: The Plenti program is pretty much like the +Ups program but I’m not seeing anything on my receipts about getting a new card. Should I sign up on the website or will that mess up how much I’ve spent this year already? I want to get in these deals!!!
It’s my understanding that they will mail your new card to you when it’s time to officially roll out the new program so as long as they have your current info you should be good to go.
JJ, it starts in May, probably May 3. I believe they are mailing out new cards to all current card-holders.
If anyone has +ups to use-look for 50% clearance on oxi clean dishwasher & laundry detergent. Great prices with the $2 coupons (3/29 SS-dishwasher $4/2 & 3/1 SS-laundry $2).
The Oxi dishwasher powder (on clearance & probably the tabs-not on clearance) are tracking for the gas card & it is the price before coupons.
Not at all sure the gas reward is going to be a good deal-but if it is on items that are a good price anyway-I will see what happens.

This is great the card will work in Europe I think. The Exxon Gas card is a joke. My nearest is 35-40 miles away and the last time I tried this my giftcard would not even work at the pump or in the store.
The fuel card program runs for 4 weeks, but as I read the terms, you must spend $30 within the week to earn a card for that week. Limit 2 cards per week. So as I understand it, you cannot accumulate the $30 over more than one week.
Is the 30.00 total before or after coupons?
If it is anything like Rite Aid’s other promotions (and I assume it is), it will be before coupons.

It’s a good thing Fred Meyer and Safeway have been having such good deals on health and beauty items, looks like I’ll be spending my time there instead of Rite Aid.

Looks like a sorry week for me, and will have to get a couple cases of bottled water (or swill, as Brenda calls it) and some $1-aisle cookies to use my $6 in expiring UPs. No room in my freezers for any more ice cream. By the way, you cannot count the deposit on containers in Oregon or sales tax in WA when using your UPs.
